The official language of the Conference is English. No translation facilities will be provided

Oral Presentation
Materials Prepared by the conference committee:
1. Laptop Computers (Microsoft Windows Operating System with Microsoft Power Point)
2. Digital Projectors & Screens

Materials Prepared by the presenters:
1. Power Point files.

Duration of each presentation:
An oral presentation is about 17 minutes, followed by a 3 minutes questions.

Poster Presentation
Materials Prepared by the conference committee:
1. X Racks & Base Fabric Canvases
2. Adhesive Tapes or clamps.

Requirement for the Posters:
1. Poster size 80 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
2. The poster design is not limited to any specific kind.
3. The poster's content should be able to demonstrating presenters' papers.
